Mie Laper Simple :))

Mmm.. Lapar?? Tapi cuma punya persediaan mie instan ma telur? Bosen ah.. Mie telor lagi..
Ada rempah-rempah sih, tapi ga pinter masak??
Ada satu resep yang bisa kamu coba dan ga perlu kursu masak. Dijamin jadi dan Maknyooossss...

Bahan:
1 bungkus mie instan (merek apa aja bisa)
1/2 bawang bombay, ato 3 bawang merah, diiris tipis
1 butir bawang putih, diiris tipis
1 batang daun bawang, ato muncang (jawa)
1/2 buah wortel, iris korek api
1 sendok makan kecap manis
1 sachet kecil saus
150 ml air putih (kurang lebih 1/2 gelas)
1 buah telor, kocok lepas
2 sendok teh minyak goreng

Cara Masak:
1. Rebus mie instan sampai matang, tiriskan.
2. Campur bumbu mie instan, kecap, saus dan air putih, sisihkan.
3. Buat orak arik telor, sisihkan.
4. Tumis bawang putih sampai setengah matang lalu tambahkan bawang merah/bombay, tumis sampai berbau harum (bawang putih lama matangnya, sehingga ditumis terlebih dulu). Tambahkan wortel dan orak arik telor, tumis sampai layu, lalu tambahkan bumbu yang telah di cairkan. Tunggu sampai mendidih.
5. Tambahkan daun bawang, lalu masukkan mie instan yang telah direbus. Tunggu hingga mendidih. Angkat dan siap dinikmati.
